This Refund Policy applies to payments made directly to Team Entertainment Innovation LLP for its services and engagements, including advances and deposits. Tickets for public events purchased through third-party ticketing platforms are governed by those platforms’ own refund policies.
2. Service Engagements
Refund eligibility for a service engagement depends on the stage of work and the terms of the specific proposal or agreement. Advances and deposits may be adjusted against work already performed or costs already committed on your behalf.
3. Cancelled Engagements
Where an engagement is cancelled, any refund will be calculated after deducting work completed, non-recoverable third-party costs and applicable charges, in line with the agreement for that engagement.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval, though the time to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
- You may be asked to provide payment and engagement details to enable verification.
