Requests to cancel a service engagement should be made in writing as early as possible. The effect of a cancellation, including any amount payable or refundable, is governed by the proposal or agreement for that engagement and our Refund Policy.
2. Returns
Team Entertainment Innovation LLP provides services rather than physical goods, so there is no physical product return. Where a return-like remedy applies, it is addressed through the refund process described in our Refund Policy.
3. Changes to an Engagement
Requests to change the scope, dates or details of an engagement are subject to availability and may affect fees. Please contact us as early as possible with any such request so we can confirm what is possible.
4. Event Cancellations by Third Parties
Public events are often delivered with third-party organisers and venues. Where tickets were purchased through a third-party platform, cancellations and refunds for those tickets are handled by that platform, not by Team Entertainment Innovation LLP.
